The Problem

Your website is probably leaking leads right now

Most local service websites were built years ago and have one generic contact form — if that. Here's where the jobs go instead:

📞

Missed calls = lost jobs

You're on a roof or under a car. The customer calls, gets voicemail, and calls the next business on Google. That job is gone.

💬

DMs and texts get buried

Requests come in through Facebook, Instagram, and texts with no details. You spend days playing 20 questions before you can even quote.

📥

"Contact us" forms tell you nothing

Name, email, message. No service type, no photos, no address, no urgency. Every lead needs a callback just to figure out what they want.

The Solution

One system: a refreshed website + structured customer intake

GarageFlow replaces the generic contact form with an intake form that asks the right questions for your trade — then organizes every request so you can follow up and win the job.

1

Customer describes the job on your site

Service type, address, photos of the problem, how urgent it is, and how they want to be contacted.

2

You get an organized lead — not a mystery voicemail

Delivered instantly by email or Google Sheet, and into your GarageFlow lead dashboard.

3

You track it from New to Won

Status, notes, follow-up reminders, and quote amounts — so nothing slips through the cracks.

Straight Answers

Questions every owner asks first

Who am I actually working with?
A small independent web studio — you work directly with the person who builds your site, not a ticket queue or an offshore team. Email standley2005@gmail.com anytime and you'll get a reply from the builder, not a bot.
How long does setup take?
Your free preview is usually ready within a few days. After you approve it, a Starter Refresh typically goes live in about a week; a full Growth Setup in one to two weeks depending on how many service pages you need.
Do I keep my domain and my existing website?
Yes. You keep your domain — we refresh the site that lives on it. Nothing switches over until you've seen the preview and approved it, and your old site stays untouched until launch day.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly plans?
Nothing bad. The build is a one-time purchase — the website and intake form are yours. Managed Updates and Automation are optional month-to-month conveniences you can cancel anytime. No contracts, and your site doesn't get held hostage.
Where do my leads live? What if something goes down?
Every request is delivered straight to your email (and a Google Sheet if you want it) the moment it's submitted — so you always have your own copy of every lead, in your own inbox, independent of any dashboard.
Can't I just update the site myself?
Absolutely — many owners do, and we'll show you how. Managed Updates exists for owners who'd rather text us "change Saturday hours to 8–2" and get back to work. It's optional convenience, not a requirement.
Why is pricing a range?
Because a 3-service junk removal site and a 12-service contractor site aren't the same amount of work. You get an exact, fixed quote with your free preview — before you've paid anything — and it doesn't change after you approve it.
Are the leads in the demo real?
No — the demo dashboard uses clearly-labeled sample data so you can see exactly how the system works before you buy. Your dashboard starts empty and fills with your real customers.
